"Showed up way faster than I expected"
My order arrived really quickly, which was a nice surprise. I had checked in with support and they basically said something like, “It should be on the way soon,” and then it showed up not long after. Smooth experience overall.

"Decent overall, but I expected a little more"
Overall, I’d say it’s a solid system, just not quite the flawless experience I was hoping for at this price. My Falcon NW boots up really fast and handles most games without any trouble, which is great. That said, it gets louder than I expected when it’s under load, and I had a couple of random freezes early on that made me a bit nervous. It’s still a good machine, but there are a few things that keep it from feeling perfect.

"They got my PC back on track"
My PC started acting up out of nowhere, and I thought it was going to turn into a huge hassle. Tech support jumped in and fixed it quickly, which was a relief. From my point of view, they knew what they were doing and made the whole thing feel way less stressful than I expected

"Warranty repair was a frustrating runaround"
I sent my PC in for a warranty repair and expected it to be straightforward, but it just dragged on. I had to keep chasing them for updates because no one was really keeping me in the loop. After waiting way too long, the PC finally came back and it still had the exact same issue. Really frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected from a warranty service

"My Falcon Northwest PC has been really solid..."
My Falcon Northwest PC has been really solid so far. I’m on it most days for one thing or another, and it just kind of does its job without any weird crashes or random nonsense.
The whole build feels sturdy too, not cheap or flimsy or anything like that. After a lot of gaming and some work stuff here and there, it still runs about like it did when I first got it. Easy 5 stars from me.

It does cool things down somewhat, but i expected a little more. Is it terrible? No. But is it as cool as I hoped? Not really

"A bit pricey, but I’d buy again"
I’ll admit it wasn’t the cheapest PC I was considering, but once it showed up, I felt better about spending the extra money. The build quality is really solid, everything arrived quickly and in perfect shape, and it worked right out of the box with no hassle. The support was great too. I’d definitely go with Falcon NW again next time.

I had a small issue and, honestly... I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get help. But they replied really quickly and got it sorted without making the whole thing feel awkward or complicated.

"Good choices even when I was in a hurry"
I was kind of rushing to get my build sorted out, so I really appreciated how many parts there were to choose from. It made it easy to put together the PC the way I wanted without getting stuck or dealing with much hassle...

"Updates could’ve been better"
I’m not saying the whole experience was bad, because it wasn’t, but the order updates were just kind of okay. I had to ask twice to find out what was going on, which was a little frustrating. A bit more communication upfront would’ve helped.

"Solid case, but a few annoying issues"
The case feels sturdy and I’ll give them credit, the wiring was really clean. That said, I had to wait in queue way longer than I expected, which was already a bit frustrating. Then after getting it, I noticed one of the side panels had a tiny gap, and about a week later one of the fans started making a light buzzing noise. It’s not terrible overall, but for the price I expected the build quality to be a little tighter.

"Great PC, but the fan noise is a bit disappointing"
I’m really happy with how this PC runs overall, especially when gaming, but I have to admit the fan noise bummed me out a little. It gets noticeable after a while and can be kind of annoying. It’s not awful by any means, just louder than I was hoping for...
